PODIALENE™ TRI-DENSITY 9mm in blue, flesh and red is a combination sheet for insoles.
Description
This combination sheet consists of a blue PODIALENE™ 50 3mm top cover, a flesh-coloured PODIAMIC™ 160 MP 3mm middle layer and a red PODIALENE™ 125 3mm base.
It is very flexible and can be thermowelded perfectly to itself. It is also recommended for providing comfort to the foot.
PODIALENE™ Bi-Density 8mm also has the following technical features:
- Colours: blue, flesh and red
- Hardness: PODIALENE™50 shore A +/- 16, PODIAMIC™ 160 MP shore A +/- 35, PODIALENE™ 125 shore A +/- 30
- Density: PODIALENE™ 50: 50 kg/m3, PODIAMIC™ 160 MP: 145 kg/m3, PODIALENE™ 125: 110 kg/m3
- Size: 950mm x 950mm
- Heating temperature: 100°C
- Formulation: Expanded P.E. Copolymer (Polyethylene) physically cross-linked closed cell expanded foam. Packaging and transport organised to preserve all its specific features. P.E. foam without traces of harmful heavy metals: food colouring. Inert polymer when in contact with the human body.
