A look back at 2023, a year packed with meetings all around the world!
MFA Trade Fair - Bangkok THAILAND
We were present at the MFA international trade fair alongside our distributors Otto Bock from Thailand and Patco from Vietnam to present the concept of thermoforming directly under the foot, which aroused real interest among you.
APO Congress - Fribourg SWITZERLAND
We also took part in the APO congress (Swiss Association for Prosthetics and Orthotics) with our Swiss distributor Küpfer Cuir. He presented his leathers used in the design of orthopaedic shoes, and we presented our complete range of products for thermoformed orthoses.
AOPQ Conference - Quebec CANADA
We attended the AOPQ (Association des Orthésistes Prothésistes Québécois) conference, where we were able to talk to you about our different product ranges.
Congreso nacional de podologia (National Podiatry Congress) - Sidas SPAIN
We were present at the national podiatry congress held in Barcelona in October 2023 through our subsidiary Sidas Spain. It was an opportunity to talk to numerous distributors and professionals about developments and new products such as our PODOLAB® Master, our new OPCT® range, our materials and equipment and the OPCT® Factory.
BAPO Congress - Farnborough Sidas UK
Our Sidas UK subsidiary came to talk to you at the British Association of Prosthetists and Orthotists (BAPO) conference and was able to show you our different product and analysis ranges on our stand. Particular emphasis was placed on our range of ITC - Intelligent Top Cover - which perfectly meets the needs of the market.
Royal College of Podiatry Conference - Liverpool Sidas UK
Through our subsidiary Sidas UK, we were present at one of the biggest podiatry events in Europe for podiatrists, podiatric surgeons and students: the Royal College of Podiatry exhibition. We met you on our stand, which focused on the insole with a selection of OPCT® and the 3Feet Motion range. There were also demonstrations of insole moulding.
MEDICA - Dusseldorf GERMANY
We took part in one of the world's major events in the medical field: the Medica trade fair in Düsseldorf, with a Podiatech stand in the "Choose France" pavilion. We introduced you to the made-to-measure foot orthosis, the new OPCT® range, the international launch of 3Feet Motion and the analysis section.
Podiatech is a driving force in the podiatry and chiropody market with a host of events!
Podiatech training - Bangkok THAILAND
Together with Otto Bock South East Asia, we organised a two-day training course in Bangkok last September. During this training course, given by one of our technical sales trainers, the 20 ortho-prosthetists were able to learn about thermoforming techniques, the use of materials and the addition of corrective elements.
"Thermoforming techniques and materials" training course - Geneva SWITZERLAND
We were invited by the Swiss Society of Chiropodists in September 2023 to run a training course in partnership with Küpfer Cuir on the different thermoforming techniques and materials in our range. Our technical sales trainer was on hand to talk to you about the properties of the materials and how to use them, and then led a workshop on moulding an OPCT® module using the new thermoforming machine: the PODOLAB® Master. To round off the day's training, participants had the opportunity to visit a Podiatech showroom set up for the occasion.
